There were 2 reasons that I divided this article up into 2 parts.
The first was that I was I wanted to be able to write something about each book on the list without making the article obnoxiously long, but the main reason was that there was a book I was finishing up that I was trying to decide if I really felt would make me a better grappler.
That book is included here.
I said it last week, so I’ll keep the introduction short, but reading is without a doubt the single activity that can help you improve at anything in your life faster.
The most successful people in the world (for the most part) are avid readers.
There’s a reason for that, and I think it’d be cool if more grapplers took an educational approach to their training and improvement.
Without further ado, let’s jump into the second half of my “10 books that will make you a better grappler”.
Enjoy!
