I’ve been enjoying training during the last few weeks a lot more than any other period this year.
I’ve been working on new skills, focusing on new objectives, and have begun chasing some big goals that are coming this summer and beyond.
Because of my big goals, I’ve pulled out all the stops when it comes to systemizing my Jiu-Jitsu progress.
Whenever I’m training for competition or just with the desire to truly improve my skills, I triple down on sticking to “the right habits”.
