It’s been a long time since I wrote an article about guard passing.

Most people don’t ask me for advice about guard passing. This makes me sad because, well, my guard passing is one of the strongest aspects of my game.

I use a lot of different styles of passing:

  • Knee slice/smash passing

  • Body lock passing

  • Outside passing

Last weekend, I taught a seminar on body lock passing for the first time in a long time, and it went really well.
