Last weekend, I was visiting my family in North Carolina for Thanksgiving.
For as long as I can remember, my grandparents lived in a beautiful home in the Western part of North Carolina. They lived an ideal kind of existence. When I imagine the perfect retirement, it’s similar to what they did for a long time.
However, that perfect retirement was changed this year when my grandfather passed away in early September.
It was a hard and sad time, but I want to use this article to talk about my grandfather’s life instead of his death.
Today, we’re talking about achievement, family, and what it means to live a good life.
