3 years ago, I wrote an ebook called 15 Ways to Get Better at Jiu-Jitsu Faster.
The ebook has been pretty popular, especially considering I’ve spent zero dollars promoting it and really just have linked it on social media from time to time.
Either way, it’s been downloaded roughly 1500 times, shared all over the place, and it’s helped a lot of people (including myself) get better at Jiu-Jitsu… faster.
But look, times have changed.
There’s still a lot of valuable wisdom in that book and I think it’s a great resource for beginners, but I am not the same grappler I was 3 years ago and I don’t use the same training philosophies I did 3 years ago.
So, for today’s article, I’m going to give you those 15 points in the ebook over again, but with some updated ideas.
